V Medulinu, biseru istrskega turizma, se nahaja ta urejena NKP kamnita hisa velikosti 130 m2, ki se razprostira v treh etazah.
Sestavljena je iz dveh locenih stanovanj, od katerih ima vsak svoj vhod. Ob hisi je parkirisce, kjer se lahko udobno namestijo tri vozila.
Stanovanje v prvem nadstropju je sestavljeno iz lepe in dobro urejene dnevne sobe in kuhinje, kopalnice, ene spalnice. Stanovanje je klimatizirano, PVC stavbno pohistvo, v sobi pa je marmorni radiator.
Bocno, v zunanjem delu, je stopnisce v drugo stanovanje, ki je sestavljeno iz dveh etaz. V prvem nadstropju je prostorna dnevna soba in kuhinja, udobna kopalnica. Notranje stopnisce vodi v tretje nadstropje, v zgornjem delu je velik in svetel dnevni prostor, izhod na zunanjo teraso s cudovitim pogledom na morje. PVC stavbno pohistvo ima komarnike, v nadstropju sta dve klimatski napravi.

Sastoji se od dva odvojena stana, svaki sa svojim ulazom. Uz kuću je i parking gdje se komotno mogu smjestiti tri vozila.
Prvi prizemni stan sastoji se od lijepog i uređenog dnevnog boravka i kuhinje, kupaone, jedne spavaće sobe. Stan ima klima uređaj, PVC stolariju, dok je u sobi mramorni radijator.
Bočno u vanjskom dijelu je stubište za drugi stan, koji se sastoji od dvije etaže. Na prvoj etaži je prostrani dnevni boravak i kuhinja, komforna kupaona. Na treću etažu vodi unutrašnje stubište, gornji dio ima veliki i svijetli dnevni boravak, izlaz na vanjsku terasu s prekrasnim pogledom na more. PVC stolarija ima komarnike, te su na etaži dva klima uređaja.
Udaljenost od mora je svega 900 m hoda. U okuženju nema većeg prometa vozila, a u blizini su svi sadržaji potrebni za život.

In Medulin, der Perle des istrischen Tourismus, befindet sich dieses dekorierte NKP-Steinhaus mit 130 m2, das sich über drei Etagen erstreckt.
Es besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen, jede mit eigenem Eingang. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz, auf dem drei Fahrzeuge bequem untergebracht werden können.
Die Wohnung im ersten Stock besteht aus einem schönen und gut eingerichteten Wohnzimmer und einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage, PVC-Tischlerei und das Zimmer hat einen Marmorheizkörper.
Seitlich im Außenbereich befindet sich eine Treppe zur zweiten Wohnung, die aus zwei Etagen besteht. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine Küche sowie ein komfortables Badezimmer. Eine Innentreppe führt in den dritten Stock. Im oberen Teil befindet sich ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer und ein Ausgang zur Außenterrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick. Die PVC-Tischlerei verfügt über Moskitonetze und im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Klimaanlagen.
Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt nur 900 m zu Fuß. In der Gegend gibt es keinen großen Autoverkehr und alle zum Leben notwendigen Einrichtungen befinden sich in der Nähe.

A Medolino, la perla del turismo istriano, si trova questa casa in pietra NKP decorata di 130 m2, che si estende su tre piani.
Si compone di due appartamenti separati, ciascuno con ingresso indipendente. Accanto alla casa c'è un parcheggio dove possono essere comodamente sistemati tre veicoli.
L'appartamento al primo piano è composto da un grazioso e ben arredato soggiorno e cucina, bagno, una camera da letto. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, infissi in PVC, mentre la stanza ha un radiatore in marmo.
Lateralmente, nella parte esterna, è presente una scala che conduce al secondo appartamento, che si sviluppa su due livelli. Al primo piano troviamo un ampio soggiorno e cucina, un comodo bagno. Tramite scala interna si accede al terzo piano, la parte superiore è composta da un ampio e luminoso soggiorno, uscita sul terrazzo esterno con bellissima vista mare. Gli infissi in PVC sono dotati di zanzariere e sono presenti due condizionatori d'aria a pavimento.
La distanza dal mare è di soli 900 m a piedi. Nella zona non vi è grande traffico veicolare e tutti i servizi necessari alla vita si trovano nelle vicinanze.

In Medulin, the pearl of Istrian tourism, there is this decorated NKP stone house of 130 m2, which extends over three floors.
It consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. Next to the house is a parking lot where three vehicles can be comfortably accommodated.
The first floor apartment consists of a nice and well-decorated living room and kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom. The apartment has air conditioning, PVC joinery, while the room has a marble radiator.
Laterally, in the outer part, there is a staircase to the second apartment, which consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living room and kitchen, a comfortable bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the third floor, the upper part has a large and bright living room, exit to the outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The PVC joinery has mosquito nets, and there are two air conditioners on the floor.
The distance from the sea is only a 900 m walk. There is no major vehicular traffic in the area, and all the facilities necessary for life are nearby.

Il se compose de deux appartements séparés, chacun avec sa propre entrée. A côté de la maison se trouve un parking où trois véhicules peuvent être confortablement logés.
L'appartement du premier étage se compose d'un salon et d'une cuisine agréables et bien décorés, d'une salle de bains et d'une chambre. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation, de menuiseries PVC, tandis que la chambre dispose d'un radiateur en marbre.
Latéralement, dans la partie extérieure, il y a un escalier menant au deuxième appartement, qui se compose de deux étages. Au premier étage il y a un salon et une cuisine spacieux, une salle de bain confortable. Un escalier intérieur mène au troisième étage, la partie supérieure dispose d'un grand et lumineux séjour, sortie sur la terrasse extérieure avec une belle vue sur la mer.
