Građevina mora biti udaljena najmanje 100 m od obalne crte i 20 m od ruba međe sa susjednim česticama. Također, ne smije imati više odvojenih pojedinačnih građevina ukupne odgovarajuće površine.
Odobrenje za građenje može se izdati samo za površine koje su privedene svrsi i/ili zasađene trajnim nasadima (maslina, vinova loza i sl.) u površini od najmanje 70% ukupne površine posjeda.

- Es ist der Bau von Gebäuden mit einer Bruttogrundfläche überirdischer Teile von bis zu 400 m2, einer maximalen Höhe von 5,0 m und/oder einem vollständig unterirdischen Keller von bis zu 1000 m2 Bruttogrundfläche gestattet.
- Gebäude müssen mindestens 100 m von der Küstenlinie und 20 m von der Grenze zu benachbarten Parzellen entfernt sein. Darüber hinaus dürfen sie nicht aus mehreren getrennten Gebäuden bestehen, die zusammen eine entsprechende Fläche ergeben.
- Baugenehmigungen werden nur für Flächen erteilt, die dem vorgesehenen Zweck gewidmet sind und/oder auf denen dauerhafte Pflanzungen (Oliven, Weinreben usw.) mindestens 70 % der Gesamtfläche des Grundstücks ausmachen.
