Nalazi se cca 70m poviše ceste i tu je trenutno moguć samo pješački pristup, a po planu tu će proći cesta koja će prolaziti ispod parcele. Pristupna cesta kojom se dolazi poviše parcele je duža.
Ispod glavne ceste je borova šuma kroz koju se dolazi do prekrasnih plaža.
Zemljište se nalazi na padini i sa svakog dijela se pruža otvoren pogled na more.
Veličina parcele i konfiguracija tla, pružaju razne mogućnosti. Moguća je parcelacija i gradnja više samostojećih objekata ili kaskadna gradnja apartmanskih objekata.
