Prizemlje se sastoji od predsoblja, prostranog dnevnog boravka, kuhinje s blagovaonicom ( oboje imaju direktan izlaz u dvor ), kupaonice, te spavaće sobe s pripadajućom kupaonicom ( prilagođeno za osobe s invaliditetom ). Na katu se nalaze četiri spavaće sobe ( dvije s terasama ) s pripadajući kupaonicama. Podrum je zamišljen kao prostor za ostavu i strojarnicu. Sve sobe i dnevni prostor opremljeni su klima uređajima.

Das Gebäude ist in drei Stockwerke mit einer Gesamtfläche von 300 m2 unterteilt.
Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einer Eingangshalle, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Esszimmer (beide mit direktem Zugang zum Hof), einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer (behindertengerecht). Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer (zwei mit Terrasse) mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer. Das Untergeschoss ist als Lagerraum und Maschinenraum konzipiert. Alle Zimmer und der Wohnbereich sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.
Der eingezäunte und gepflegte Garten bietet den zukünftigen Eigentümern einen überdachten Bereich, einen Grill und einen 40 m2 großen Swimmingpool.

La posizione, oltre alla spiaggia paesaggistica e al mare pulito, offre tranquillità e privacy. Grazie all'orientamento, per tutta l'estate si può sentire la freschezza che scende dal Velebit.

L'edificio è suddiviso in tre piani, per una superficie totale di 300 mq.
Il piano terra è composto da un ingresso, un ampio soggiorno, una cucina con sala da pranzo (entrambi hanno accesso diretto al cortile), un bagno e una camera da letto con bagno annesso (adattata per persone con disabilità). Al primo piano ci sono quattro camere da letto (due con terrazzi) con bagni annessi. Il seminterrato è concepito come ripostiglio e sala macchine. Tutte le camere e la zona giorno sono dotate di condizionatori.
Il giardino recintato e coltivato offre ai futuri proprietari un'area coperta, un barbecue e una piscina di 40 mq.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining room (both have direct access to the yard), a bathroom, and a bedroom with an attached bathroom (adapted for people with disabilities). Sur la magnifique île de Vir, à quelques pas de la mer, se trouve une belle villa nouvellement construite avec piscine. L'emplacement, en plus de la plage aménagée et de la mer propre, offre calme et intimité. Grâce à l'orientation, tout au long de l'été, vous pouvez sentir la fraîcheur qui descend du Velebit.
Vir est l'une des zones les plus visitées de la côte croate, avec l'un des plus grands nombres de nuitées, connue pour ses excellents hébergements privés.
Le bâtiment est divisé en trois étages, avec une superficie totale de 300 m2.
Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un hall d'entrée, d'un salon spacieux, d'une cuisine avec une salle à manger (les deux ont un accès direct à la cour), d'une salle de bain et d'une chambre avec une salle de bain attenante (adaptée aux personnes handicapées). Au premier étage, il y a quatre chambres (dont deux avec terrasses) avec salles de bains attenantes. Le sous-sol est conçu comme un espace de stockage et une salle des machines. Toutes les chambres et le salon sont équipés de climatiseurs.
Le jardin clôturé et cultivé offre aux futurs propriétaires un espace couvert, un barbecue, et une piscine de 40 m2.
